
Keynote Speaker
Professor Jacques Guillot graduated from the Veterinary college of Alfort (EnvA), France in 1991. He completed his training in medical mycology at Pasteur Institute where he obtained a PhD thesis in 1995. Jacques Guillot is a Diplomate of the European Veterinary Parasitology (2003) College and his entire career has been as a teacher at EnvA from 1991 to 2021, and now at the veterinary college of Nantes (Oniris).
His research areas include the description of the genetic diversity of fungal pathogens and the diagnosis and treatment of fungal and parasitic infections in animals and humans.
Jacques Guillot is one of the founding members of the European Scientific Counsel Companion Animal Parasites.
